CBM intern – Training, Toughening, and Teaching
By CBM National intern, Scott and Jerri Carpenter -
We are serving as CBM National Interns at CBM of Southwest Pennsylvania (SWPA). This rotation has been very different from our other rotations, mostly because it is a summer rotation. One other big difference is that this is not North or South Carolina! It has been such a fun learning process about different places in our own country.
We both have been given very big jobs for this summer. Scott has been serving as Program Director, running the programs for camps. Jerri has been serving as TEAM Ministry ...
Fellowshipping and Worshipping Servants

In the little amount of time we have been on rotation as CBM National Interns at Cornerstone Ministry Center in Southwest PA, we have definitely experienced fellowship and worship. During these long trips (or even sometimes the short ones) conversations are had, thoughts are processed, and/or prayers are belted out.
With us (Scott and Jerri), we get to do all of these things together! Why not take advantage of this awesome time God has given us? ...

By CBM National interns, Jerri and Scott Carpenter -
Reading your Bible is wonderful and awesome, but somehow, most of us are still guilty of feeling like we HAVE TO do it instead of really WANTING to do it. The same thing goes for our prayer life too, at times. We pray for our meals, pray for God to use us, and pray for a good day, which are all great things to pray, but we should not be praying just to check something off our to-do list. Prayer is so very important and deepens our relationship with our beautiful God!
So how do we get into the routine of things ...
