God’s Inner Rest

Here  is a reminder from our bookkeeper, Peggy Steele on God’s blessing of inner peace and rest. Yesterday’s devotional message came at a perfect time as my heart was heavy with concerns.  God used it to remind me that He is Sovereign and I can trust Him.  “One of the great blessings of God that comes to you is inner rest.  As the dew only settles when the night winds are still, so His refreshment comes as our spirits are quiet before Him---free of strife, worry, anxiety, or fear.  Rest is the blessing of calm in the midst of life’s storms…trust in times of uncertainty…assurance in times of doubt.  Deep ...
