More on ministry in Kenya…

During the February trip, the team spoke at 4 public schools on 3 islands, and  over 500 people made professions of faith in Jesus Christ.

The team checked out 10 acres of waterfront property for New Life Camp – Kenya.  After meeting with officials, 2 acres of the land were purchased for approximately $8,000.  Two thousand dollars was given as earnest money, and the balance of $6,000 is needed by April 1^st.  The next step is to create a master plan for the camp and then raise money to complete the first phase.  The goal is to have camp at the site in Dec. 2012.

The camp land has the right kind of sand to make blocks for the buildings.  With cement and labor, 100 building blocks can be made for $15.00 (that’s only $.15 per block!).

Please pray for God to pave the way for New Life Camp-Kenya.
