Thian & Sinsin Thang

Internship Program Directors

The Thangs serve as the Internship Program Directors at Children’s Bible Ministries, where they have a deep passion for discipling the next generation and equipping young people for faithful service to Christ. With hearts for both ministry and mentorship, they desire to help interns grow spiritually, biblically, and practically as they prepare for a lifetime of serving the Lord.

Thian graduated from Bob Jones University with Christian Ministries in 2018. Sinsin is also studying Biblical Worldview at Bob Jones University. The Thangs bring a heart for shepherding, teaching, and walking alongside interns in their spiritual growth. Together, the Thangs are committed to creating an environment that emphasizes biblical truth, Christlike character, integrity, and excellence in ministry.

They are blessed with their son, Adriel, who is a joyful part of their family and ministry life. The Thangs value hospitality and family discipleship and enjoy doing life together with interns — sharing meals, ministry experiences, and everyday moments that point to Christ.

As Internship Program Directors, the Thangs count it a privilege to invest in young men and women, helping them discover God’s calling, develop strong biblical foundations, and serve faithfully wherever the Lord leads.

Jaelynn Woullard

Internship Program Assistant

Jaelynn grew up in Lakeland, FL. She grew up going to church with her grandparents, but she didn’t understand the importance of having a relationship with God until she was in middle school. In 2019, she was introduced to the CBM National Internship Program and was accepted for Team 11 in September 2019. As she went through the internship, she constantly felt the Lord calling her into full-time ministry.

After she graduated from the program in August of 2020, she took a break and diligently prayed about whether or not this was truly what God was calling her to, and it was! The following month she went to Camp Gilead to serve as their Camp Registrar for about a year, while also raising her financial support. In July of 2021, she moved from Florida to Tennessee to start full-time ministry at the CBM Global Headquarters.

In 2022, she completed her Bible Certificate with Davis College and continued on to get her Associates of Applied Sciences degree in Bible and Theology through them as well. She has been a part of the Intern Leadership Team since 2021 and has recently added the responsibility of Executive Assistant to the Global Directors & the Intern Program Directors. She is also involved in various ways at her church, Grace Community Church in Maryville, TN.

She loves the Internship and having the opportunity to lead and work alongside the interns, seeing them grow in the gifts that the Lord has given them and their hearts for serving the Lord in whatever capacity that may be!
