Children’s Bible Ministries is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that depends on funding from individuals and churches in order to do the ministry of sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ with children, youth, and adults.

CBM’s staff are among a unique group of individuals who trust the Lord completely for their sustenance: a lifestyle called faith-based living. Our philosophy for this approach is that through faith-based missions, we offer the opportunity for Christian donors like you to be able to participate in ministry when they otherwise would not be able to. They are able to be part of God’s work in CBM without being on the frontline – their work is done through the missionaries they support, who in turn could not do it without them! When you support a missionary, you fund God’s work in their particular area. We could not do this work without you!
- General Giving
CBM is not sponsored by state or government funds or foundations. It is funded solely through financial partnerships with churches and individuals who want to be part of its exciting work. Through general giving, you can help us ensure that our ministry operates to the standard or continued excellence for which we strive, and continues reaching children with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Our money and everything we own is the Lord’s, and we rely fully on Him to sustain and grow this ministry for as long as He sees fit.

- Endowment Giving:
The BEST endowment fund, which stands for Bickford/Entner Scholarship Trust, was established by a major gift from sisters Adele Bickford and Elva Entner, in memory of their husbands Lester Bickford and Earl Entner. Both families loved children and served them in many ways.
Each summer, there are many children who would like to attend CBM camps, but their parents are not able to afford the camp fees. Since camps must supply food, counselors, cooks, etc), costs for these campers must be underwritten by caring individuals.
Givers want their gifts to be used in the BEST possible way. Through giving to this fund, you can send more than one child to summer camp – your gift can be repeated every eight to twelve years (without you giving another dime), continuing to help children attend camp throughout your entire life and even beyond. CBM is a very stable, vigorous organization that has been serving the Lord for over 75 years.
Your gift will be invested in secure, profitable investments. The principal will continue perpetually, but the dividends from the investments will be used each year to help children attend one of CBM’s camps. Assuming an 8-12% return, your gift will repeat itself about every ten years. Through just one gift, you will make a significant, perpetual contribution to the lives of children and youth, impacting their future by enabling them to hear the gospel and the truths of God’s Word through CBM’s summer camps.
