Global Conference
Each Labor Day weekend, CBM hosts a three-night National Conference for the missionaries from each of its 13 locations of ministry. Missionaries and their families, along with any Board members and volunteers, reunite for worship, fellowship and networking, learning and sharing new and best practices, encouragement, instruction from the Word of God, and fun. Because none of CBM’s locations have a large enough facility to hold this event, it is hosted off-site.
Past Events
2014 – Held at Fort Caswell in NC. Speaker was Pastor Jim Wood, CEO and Founder of Wears Valley Ranch and former Director of Mobilization with My Hope America with Billy Graham.
2015 – Held at Georgia Baptist Conference Center in GA. Speaker was Bruce Edgar, missionary and Camp Director at the ABWE Ministry Center in Nicaragua.
2016 – Held at Black Rock Retreat in PA. Speaker was Dr. Bob Carver, Professor of Greek and Bible at Clearwater Christian College for 38 years.
2017 – Held at White Oak Conference Center in SC. Speaker was Jim O’Bryon, a consultant on national defense and security for clients in the private sector and the U.S. government.
2018 – Held at Cohutta Springs Conference Center in GA. Speaker was Phil Jones, preaching/leadership el der at First Baptist Powell of Powell, TN.
2019 – Held at Cohutta Springs Conference Center in GA. Speaker was Robert J. Morgan, best-selling author and pastor of The Donelson Fellowship, Nashville TN.
2020 – Held at CBM Headquarters, Tuckaleechee Retreat Center, Townsend, TN. CBM Family Respite.
2021 – Held at Lake Junaluska, NC. Speaker was Dr. Bob Carver
2022- Held at Sandy Cove Ministries in MD. Speaker was Pastor Conroy Lewis, Lead Pastor of Grace Baptist Church in NY.
2023 – Held at Epworth by the Sea in St. Simons, GA. Speaker was Brent Gambrell
2024 – Held at Black Rock Retreat, PA. Speaker was Pastor Sam Polson
2025 – Held at the Hebron Baptist Church and at the Creation Museum/Ark Encounter

LOCATION:
The conference will take place in Raleigh, NC at CBM’s NEW LIFE CAMP. Our prayer is that this time together will be full of refreshment, encouragement, and equipping as we continue the work God has called us to. We are looking forward to gathering together as a family.
HOUSING AND ADDRESSES:
Most of our conference sessions and meals will take place at New Life Camp (9927 Falls of Neuse Rd, Raleigh, NC 27614). Housing will be available both at New Life Camp (Cabin Style) and at the nearby Hampton Inn (12318 Wake Union Church Rd. Wake Forest, NC 27587). For those staying at the hotel, breakfast will be provided there each morning.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:
Conference check-in will be Thursday afternoon, and check-out will be Sunday morning. More detailed information regarding schedules, housing, and logistics will be shared soon.

PAYMENT INFO:
You can pay by check or credit card.
*Checks: Please make payable to CBM, enclose a note stating who and what the payment is for, and mail it to CBM HQ at P.O. Box 278, Townsend, TN 37882.
*Credit Card: Please pay within the registration form (you will see the instructions for this when you register). Please note that there is a surcharge on registration fees if you are paying by credit card.
REGISTRATION & PAYMENT DEADLINE:
Please note that registration must be completed by July 1st, and payment is also due by July 1st.
July 1st – Full payment is due
July 2nd and thereafter – A 5% late fee (on your total) will be incurred
July 20th – If full payment is not received by the National Office by this date, your room will be released and your registration will be cancelled Cancellations after July 20th are non-refundable; however your payments can be applied to another person.
