In 1960, Mason first served CBM as
a Camp Counselor. In 1972, when
Diane Wagner replaced Helen Johnson
Bible classes could no longer be held
in the school building, Jean Gale
asked Mason if he would head a
committee to raise funds to purchase a
mobile classroom, affectionately
dubbed ―The Rolling Chapel.‖ That
Chaz Campbell in Culpeper‘s ―Bible Bus.‖ first Culpeper Chapel was dedicated in
1972. Mason became Virginia‘s
CBM Director from 1995-2005.
