Christian Internship- The Importance of Fellowship
By CBM National interns, Scott & Jerri Carpenter -
The definition of fellowship is friendly association, especially with people who share one’s interests. Awesome enough for us Christians is that we share the best thing in the world, our love of God! There are two things I like to think about when it comes to fellowship: who can fellowship and what is supposed to be a part of fellowship!
Who can fellowship: You can fellowship with one other person or sixty other people! That is what is great about it. Sometimes it is nice to just sit down and talk for hours ...
Four Labels You Need to Let Go Of
By CBM National intern, Paul Daly-
I’m at that point in life where it’s time to discover who I am. What do I believe? How do I think? Who should I be? Recently, I’ve become a label collector. Labels are good, if used correctly. Through them, I’ve learned a lot about who God has made me to be. But sometimes, we need to lose those labels because they hold us back. For the Sake of the Gospel
By CBM National intern, Timmy Martens -

Thankful to have been given the opportunity to serve in Released Time once again, I read over my lesson and gave adequate preparation time in case I was asked to teach. Holding the ...
Just Wait
By CBM National intern, Mark Martens-
The term “wait,” as defined by Merriam-Webster, is “to stay in a place until an expected event happens, until someone arrives, until it is your turn to do something, etc.” I will be honest with you; sometimes I find it hard to wait. In fact, when I think about it, I have a really hard time waiting. From the first time that my alarm goes off, I am already off thinking about what the day has ahead of me. I then proceed to keep myself busy for the majority of the day. However, on days like these, I can find myself exhausted ...
Four Things to Remember
By CBM National interns, Scott and Jerri Carpenter
We have spent our first CBM National Internship rotation at Camp Ta-Pa-Win-Go doing released time with a very wonderful teacher! She gives the kids four things to remember: Bible, friends, lessons, and verses. Obviously, this is a way to encourage the kids to invite others to hear God’s word and to get them to understand it better themselves. We think this is something that every person should remember also, whether you are four or sixty-four.
BIBLE:
We need to be in our Bible every single day so ...
